Fitness

This was me and maddy on the fitness day! 


Home exercising :)

everyday before I got to sleep, I do a 7 minute workout, and it works out your Full body, but you can pick if you want to do the full body, u can do upper body, core, lower body, or randomly and it works everything and it's just goes in a mixture of different things. 

Weight room


Yesterday me and maddy were in the weight room and we had to work on our body. We focused on our hamstrings and calfs. Most of the time we were on the bikes & we also did squats with medicine balls to work out our butts, we also worked on out our biceps, triceps and shoulders using the dumbells and weights. & also I did pull ups. What I need to improve on is my stamina and speed for Track & Field and Cross Country.

First blog of Gr. 10!!!!!

I know I haven't post anything in a long time but I've decided to start working on my blogger more often. Right now I got proof of Tuesday fitness doing the 25 minute run! I felt fantastic after jogging!!!!
