First blog of Gr. 10!!!!!

I know I haven't post anything in a long time but I've decided to start working on my blogger more often. Right now I got proof of Tuesday fitness doing the 25 minute run! I felt fantastic after jogging!!!!

  1. Work towards a more in depth blog post. What conclusions can you make from the run? Talk about how you have been in class, any goals, strengths, weaknesses and areas to improve.
